My good friend Per-Christian at Gaaak has started his own label, sad gnome records, and the first release is a limited release 7 " vinyl (surely a huge money making scheme if ever there was one) by the Indelicates. You can hear the mp3 here, and jolly good it is too, a very cynical paean to the youth of today (or any day for that matter).
Good luck with that Per-christian, look forward to huge amounts of work with little or no financial return! (possibly)

Can anyone tell me how this works?

I will be Djing at Clube Informal in Campinas on Saturday the 24th. We will be projecting the very fine films of Jess Franco, in particular Vampyros Lesbos , She Killed in Ecstacy and Venus in Furs.

Edu K goes on his first european tour in July, so if you are near any of these places on these dates then I would recommend that you go and check out his unique take on Baile punk.

A quick post to mention the next groselha event amongst much turmoil and far too much work.
So I'll be djing some punchy electro rock and absolutely nothing wimpily indie. There's a band called the pullovers playing, now are they a brazilian version of the Cardigans? It is a very wimpy indie name though and brings to mind strummy songs with sha la la's in the chorus.
